To maintain your dedicated status you need 2 activities per status meaning 2 different days of either target shooting or sport shooting competitions or if you have dedicated Hunter status, you may also log your hunting trips as activities.
How many targets and with what caliber you do the targets is all up to you but if you do 10 targets on one day it counts as one activity (One date equals one activity).
