As you will
recall Exco has decided to rather do our AGM for 2019/2020 per webinar, as the
Covid regulations hamper us to have the AGM as a meeting of people.
The agenda for the AGM to take place at 15:00 on 19-02-2021, per webinar, is formulated in accordance with the prescripts of section 9.2.2 of our Constitution:
1. Welcome
2. Attendance register
3. Minutes of 2018/2019 AGM 13-09-2019
4. Matters arising - none
5. Chairman’s 2019/ 2020 Annual Review up to 31-01-2021
6. Accountant's Financial Report for 2019/2020
7. Appointing of Auditors 2021 - Suggestions from Accountant awaited for 2021.
8. New Dedicated Status Reporting System to be implemented from 1 July 2022
9. Closure
All documents relating to agenda points 3, 5, 6 & 8, which will be presented at the 2019/2020 AGM, can be downloaded from the AGM web page.

After registration, you will receive an Email with a new link which you can use to login to the webinar. Login to the webinar will be open from 14:45 on Friday 19 February 2021.
The meeting will open as webinar at 15:00. The meeting will not be longer than 2 hours.
When members register for the webinar their Name, Surname, and Email address is required. When members then login to the webinar we shall have a record of all attendees for the minutes.
We shall at the office enter attendance to the webinar as a sport shooting meeting on a member’s activities page. If a member wants that changed to a hunting related meeting please send an Email in that regard to [email protected]
Presenting our AGM per webinar is new to us, despite us having practised the procedures numerous times. Members are requested to bear with us as we go along during the meeting please.
