EVALUATION OF ENTERED SCORES
The office will ratify your scores and will approve same if the entry and the attached Target is correct.
The Pending indication next to your scores on your personal scores page will then change to Approved in green on your scores page.
Incorrectly completed Targets, or Targets of which the exercise was clearly not followed to the letter will be Declined.
When a Target is evaluated and some elements found to be incorrect or not completed, a message, Review with Feedback, will be visible next to that specific score. You can then correct the problem and re-load the relevant target again. The specific score will then be evaluated again and approved if correct.
You are able to download a scores and activities report on a NHSA letterhead in PDF format from your Certificates Page, and print for attaching to applications for firearms licences.
All scores you enter will remain reflected on the system and you will have access thereto for as long as you remain a paid-up member of the NHSA.
REMEMBER TO LOG OUT WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED
Members are required to ascertain that they have documentation which can serve as a verification in the event that the NHSA office could request verification that a target was shot on a specific range on a specific day.
