404 ERROR MESSAGE AT ENTRY OF ACTIVITIES / SCORES

Dear member,

Some of our members are receiving a 404 error message when they press the submit button at entry of activities or scores on their Natshoot Profile Pages.

We have updated our system so that we can continue to ascertain internet security for NHSA and our members when they work on our system.  This is a process we have to do at least twice per annum.

Microsoft does not support or update earlier versions of Internet Explorer anymore and this could be the reason for the entry not being captured correctly (i.e. a 404 error message being displayed).

We apologies for that but have no control over Microsoft's software functioning or their support to their software users.

You might try to clear your internet browser’s history and cache.

If that does not work for you, and you continue to experience this problem, please consider using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as internet browser to assist in making entries easier – download free from internet (both are very safe and are continuously updated by Google and Mozilla).

Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation and inconvenience caused by a situation over which we have no real control.

It becomes a near impossible task for our IT people to try and accommodate all of the earlier versions of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer not supported by Microsoft anymore, in programming for our system to function safely and securely in all instances.

Please also take into account that Google is of the opinion that Internet Explorer is not a safe internet browser in all instances, if really high quality anti-virus programs are not installed in your PC.

Once again our sincere apologies please for something we just cannot control.

Kind regards
Natshoot Office
