Date: 21 (03)
Dear Member,
If you are experiencing problems with new or renewal applications (licence, competency and possibly even still amnesty applications) which are outstanding for longer than 90 working days, and your particulars are not yet on our online web-form, please fill it in and submit it so that we can put your particulars on our lists which we regularly take up with the officers handling your application/s at the Central Firearm Registry (CFR) and at the relevant Provincial (FLASH) Commanders.
Login to your Natshoot Member Portal and click on the red button "Long Outstanding Licence Applications", on the landing page.
You will then be directed to our notice that will explain what the meaning of Date of Capturing Application and SAPS’ Capturing Reference Number are to clear up any misinterpretation when you complete these sections/columns on our online web-form.
You may also, as mentioned on our notice, contact [email protected] if you cannot get assistance from your local designated firearm officer as per the notice.
Members can at all times, make
use of the Natshoot Licensing Helpline on this web page - https://natshoot.co.za/firearm-licence/firearms-licensing-helpline
Once you have completed our online web-form and submitted it, you will be contact personally by our legal team to verify the information you supplied on the online web-form and to assist you before we will handle your enquiry with the officers handling your application at the Central Firearm Registry (CFR) and at the relevant Provincial (FLASH) Commanders.
Natshoot’s legal team is constantly working on an improved system to track long outstanding firearm problems to ensure that our members receive the service they are entitled to.
Kind Regards.
