As you might be aware the
Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (DFFE) have on 3
February 2023 in Government Gazette no. 47984, published
sets of “new” Regulations applicable to the National
Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act (10/2004),

Please be assured that Natshoot will, as member of SUCo-SA, join in the fight to counter all negatives in the Regulations as best we can. Ending up in court is not excluded.
