POLICY ON RETURN OF DEDICATED COURSE STUDY MATERIAL

The dedicated status award scheme study material is part of the dedicated status award scheme course.

(Dedicated Hunter course, Dedicated Sport-Person course or Dual status course [Dedicated Hunter and Sport-person course])

A member cannot purchase the dedicated status award scheme study material separately as study material is linked to a specific course.

Downloadable electronic version

When a member applies for the dedicated status award scheme course and chooses the option for the downloadable electronic version of the study material there is a very clear note stating the following:

Please note CD’s and Downloadable electronic material are print protected AND copy protected – You cannot print it and you cannot edit/highlight/comment on the CD or downloadable electronic material

This note is presented to the member before he/she makes any decision and before he/she continues to the payment.

Once the application for the downloadable electronic version has been submitted and paid for – the member can immediately download the study material on his/her device.

Therefore, we cannot exchange or refund a downloadable electronic version of the study material; especially in instances where a member finds out that she/he:

  • cannot print, copy or edit the downloadable version
  • discovers that the electronic study material is not for him/her and he/she should have rather taken the printed study material or CD

Study material on CD

When a member applies for the dedicated status course and chooses the option to receive his/her study material on CD (sent via courier) the following note appears

Please note CD’s and Downloadable electronic material are print protected AND copy protected – You cannot print it and you cannot edit/highlight/comment on the CD or downloadable electronic material

This note is presented to the member before he/she makes any decision and before he/she continues to the payment.

Therefore we cannot exchange or refund study material on a CD on the following reasons:

  • If a member finds out she/he cannot print, copy or edit the study material on CD;
  • If the study material on CD has been in the member’s possession for longer than 48 hours;
  • If the member after 48 hours, realises that he/she enrolled for the incorrect course.
  • If the member’s study material on CD got lost or stolen whilst in his/her possession
  • After 48 the study material, legally, becomes second hand material.

 We will however do a refund or exchange in the following instances:

  • If the study material on CD is corrupt or the CD is damaged
  • If the incorrect course’s CD was send from our side via courier
  • If the courier company lost the CD

Printed study material

We cannot exchange or refund a Printed Manual on the following reasons:

  • If the Printed study material has been in the member’s possession for longer than 48 hours;
  • If the member after 48 hours, realises that he/she enrolled for the incorrect course.
  • If the member’s printed study material got lost or stolen whilst in his/her possession
  • After 48 the study material, legally, becomes second hand material.

We will however do a refund or exchange the printed study material in the following instances:

  • If the incorrect Printed study material was send from our side via courier
  • If the courier company lost the Printed study material
